Registration, Evaluation Authorisation
and Restriction of Chemicals
We have had various communications regarding registration or pre-registration in connection with the above directive, which in turn require us to respond to various questions.
This is to advise that we have undertaken the necessary investigations, consulted with the HSE and fully examined our obligations under the above, and would advise that neither Sigma ASL Limited nor Sigma Commercial Products Ltd, as members of this group of companies, either manufactures or imports for resale any substance either in its own right, in preparations or in articles which requires registration or pre-registration in accordance with the REACH regulation.
